LAN will provide: 24/7/365 level one and level two customer tech support for the provided Martti systems. Level one provides service for issues related to:

• connectivity
• wireless and Ethernet bridging
• power switch on/off
• user training
• remote control and position of Martti with a patient.

Level two provides service for issues related to:

• server malfunction
• MGC reboots
• MPLS circuit and Path Navigator registration.
