As part of integrating video into the Hospital Sisters Health System, St. Vincent Hospital eagerly adopted video interpreting as a part of their language services plan. However, when locating Martti became a concern, the creative staff at St. Vincent Hospital refused to allow their new "colleague" to go unchecked.
